• Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job duties:

Collaborates closely with senior management to define the range of security and facility management services to be offered, contributing to the development of business growth strategies and the setting of sales targets.

Engages with clients and stakeholders to understand their security and facility management requirements, conducts site surveys, and analyses customer feedback on service quality, pricing, and delivery.

Compiles and evaluates sales data, prepares business proposals for targeted marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, and conducts market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Manages and nurtures client accounts to build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Recruits, mentors, and trains junior sales and business development staff to enhance team capability and performance.

Prepares regular reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership on marketing, sales performance, and competitive
positioning.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the company’s service offerings, industry developments, and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
